Was looking for a decent coffee retreat far away from home during a quick break in Lancashire. Bear is highly rated and having just had breakfast can say it lives up to its rep'. Great food..like really great, great coffee, good sounds and vibe. Easy access parking 3 mins walk away. Highly recommend
Consistently impressed by this place, it feels very relaxed inside like you haven't been packed in like sardines, the menu is exciting and well executed. It's not the cheapest place in town, but I've yet to be disappointed by anything we order.

BEAR- A welcoming cafe with a Positive atmosphere. Went there for Breakfast. Usually i prefer going to local cafe’s to explore more about the town and this is the best pick. Really good staff and food was also amazing. Staff really helped in swapping and arranging food according to my dietary requirements as well. Highly recommended place to go. Baked food was soo fresh that you can smell it in the ambience.

We stopped by the Bear today for a coffee and a brunch. The place looks amazing,we felt as in our hometown from Romania. Staff are very friendly and the food was delicious. We had a burger and some beef with eggs and a coffee,proper coffee We are not from the area but we will definitely save the location and we will visit it again when we will be around. Thank you team Bear for this experience!
Bear is my favourite place to go for a coffee and some food in uttoxeter, I go a couple of times a week and am never disappointed. Every drink is delicious and perfectly made. I have noticed one member of staff in particular (James) is always fantastic! Providing excellent customer service every time I come in, he always goes above and beyond. Love this place!
BEAR is a highlight of my weekends - Easily one of the best coffee shops/restaurants I've visited. Not only is their coffee second to none, being always delicious and well brewed; but their food is superb! I've tried multiple items from the brunch menu and every one has been wonderful and a step above an equivalent dish elsewhere. On top of that, their friendly staff also offer excellent customer service. Honestly, I couldn't overstate my recommendation!
